Travel to Morocco: culture, sun and hospitality

Barely fourteen kilometers of water separates Spain from Morocco and yet our neighboring country is a great unknown. And even knowing it, it is difficult to define Morocco, its 710,850. km2 give rise to a great diversity of landscapes and people, and make it a continuous surprise that is difficult to get used to. Crossing Morocco by car means facing stone tracks at an altitude of 2000 meters, sandy tracks at sea level, unclouded sand in the desert! The landscape is not the only thing that changes throughout the country, the climate changes, its people change and the language changes. In Morocco, formal Arabic, dialect, French, and Berber coexist. But if you do not master any of these languages, do not worry in the tourist areas, it is very likely that you can understand Moroccans in Spanish, in Portuguese in Italian or in Catalan.

Experts in taylor-made travel

After only two hours of flight, you will find yourself in a completely different world. With MAROCCOTRIPS you can choose where to travel and what to see: the markets of Rabat, Marrakech, Fez. Or rather the Atlas Mountains. Or maybe relax on the beaches and small fishing ports on the Atlantic coast. If you want adventure, then a desert tour is a must. You can discover Moroccan 'hospitality' during the nights spent in a fantastic and comfortable riad or a magical and quiet Berber tent in the heart of the desert.

OUR HOTELES AND RIADS

The charm of sleeping in a Riad in the Medina

On your trip to Morocco, when looking for accommodation you have the opportunity to live in the most typical environment of the city, opting for accommodation in a riad within the Medina. Obviously, Morocco offers you great and excellent four and five star hotels, with a very good quality / price ratio. But, without a doubt, the best way to experience the atmosphere of cities as exotic as those of Morocco is to choose to stay in a riad. The riads are the equivalent of an urban version of the rural houses in Spain. Located in the historic neighborhoods of the Medinas, they are typical houses of that neighborhood that have been converted into a small hotel establishment. All the Riads chosen for our Tours have a private bathroom and a conditioned aria. Clean, comfortable rooms with all the necessary services, depending on the category you choose, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation.
